The Limes Hotel - Swanage

There were lovely beds and free good WiFi and a lounge inside the room. The hotel had stunning and super location near the town center, the jurassic coast and Close to Durlston country park which is great for an early stroll to watch the amazing sunsets.

The service was excellent throughout our stay.

Single room is delightful, has a good bathroom. The stuff are charming and ready to help if you need anything.

The sea view was lovely, but the steep hill was exhausting.

The limes is a lovely, comfortable house just a short walk from the train station, beach, restaurants, and shops. Our room was immaculate and had everything we needed. The charming sea view added to the experience. The hosts, sarah and jason, were friendly and offered excellent dining recommendations.

Good, Good, Good

I loved the personalized breakfast service that was pre-ordered the night before! The honesty bar in the lounge added a wonderful communal vibe, perfect for mingling with other guests over a drink. And fresh milk on hand for my tea.

great location but limited dining options

I appreciated the cute atmosphere of the lounge area. The availability of fresh milk, along with a selection of decaf teabags, made my tea breaks enjoyable.

The accommodations were comfortable, but carrying luggage up three flights was challenging.

The room was spacious, and we really enjoyed the selection of board games and the cozy books available. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Just a heads up, the parking is a bit tight, but we managed fine.

The hill leading up was quite steep, which could be tough for some guests.

The Limes offers a charming stay with its cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere, though the bathroom felt a bit cold while the bedroom was quite warm. Enjoyed the beautiful conservatory view and convenient parking, ideal for local nature exploration. A pleasant experience worth repeating.

Had a fantastic group trip with friends! We loved playing board games and diving into the lending library. The breakfasts were good, and the staff were super friendly. Just a heads up, the steep hill is a workout but the views are worth it!

The small rear car park was a bit tricky for our larger vehicle, making parking somewhat of a challenge at times.

Absolutely loved the breakfast at Limes- great! Plus, it's a hop away from fab local spots like the White Horse Inn and the Fish Plaice, perfect for a proper feed after exploring. The location was a sweet bonus, right on the doorstep of Swanage's best attractions.

The climb to the hotel was a bit of a trek with steep roads, which may not suit all drivers. The narrow stair treads could be tricky when hauling heavy bags-just something to bear in mind!

The location was fantastic, only a short walk to local attractions like the beach and the museum. The room was a good size, and it had nice tea and coffee making facilities, which made our stay comfortable. it was a bit disappointing that my dietary needs weren't fully considered, as there was only regular milk available for drinks. it was a pleasant place to stay, especially for exploring the nearby nature reserves.

Had a really nice time at the limes, super clean n stylish, liked the honesty bar for chillin and meetin other guests. Breakfast was yum and they had a good variety, also loved that its a dog friendly place. The location is perfect n close to the beach, only a short walk to town!

the shower was a bit weak and the mattress felt too soft for me, but i guess that's just personal preference.
